A Wall or Ceiling mounted movement detector for use with any of our Domestic mains voltage fans.
This little single gang size sensor is a great little energy saving device. The fan will only run when the sensor senses movement.
Example
Fit this in a bathroom and the fan will only run when someone is in the bathroom.
Fitted as standard is a run on timer adjustable for 5 — 30 minutes, so the fan will run for up to 30 minutes after you’ve left the room
Important Note — Building regulations state “in a room with no openable window, an intermittent extract fan should be used with a run on facility set to a minimum of 15 minutes.”
