The Ruck MPS 225mm Kitchen Box Fan 3‑phase F400 is designed for reliable ventilation and smoke extraction in commercial and industrial kitchen environments. It features a backward curved centrifugal impeller for effective and stable airflow, and a swing-out fan unit for easy access during maintenance and cleaning.

The double-walled sheet steel housing with 40 mm mineral wool provides thermal insulation and reduces operational noise. The IE3 motor is positioned outside the airflow and is frequency controllable for flexible speed adjustments.

This model is F400 rated, capable of withstanding 400°C for 2 hours and continuous operation at 200°C, making it suitable for smoke extraction and high-temperature applications. It also includes an integrated condensate and grease drain for cleaner operation and long-term reliability.
