The Helios VARW 250/4 is a high-pressure in-line pipe fan designed for efficient ventilation in duct systems. The housing is constructed from galvanized sheet steel and features cylindrical flanged ends on both sides, with flange hole spacing in accordance with DIN 24155 standards. A built-in guide wheel ensures smooth and efficient airflow through the unit.
This model is equipped with a semi-axial impeller consisting of eight spatially curved blades made from robust thermoplastic. The impeller is dynamically balanced to quality grade G 6.3 as per VDI 2060 and DIN ISO 1940, ensuring vibration-free operation.
The fan is driven by a closed-design, single-phase AC capacitor motor that is maintenance-free and includes built-in thermal contacts within the windings. It features sealed, low-noise ball bearings with long-term lubrication and is suitable for speed control via voltage reduction. The motor is not reversible.
