The Helios VARD 560÷8÷4 is a high-performance in-line mixed-flow fan designed for demanding ventilation systems requiring dual-speed operation. Constructed with a cylindrical casing made of pre-galvanised sheet steel, the housing includes rolled flanges at both ends for secure duct connection. Flange dimensions and bolt patterns conform to DIN 24155 standards, ensuring compatibility with standard installations. Integrated guide vanes are built in to enhance airflow direction and efficiency.
The impeller features a mixed-flow design with eight spatially curved blades made from galvanized steel. It is dynamically balanced to class G 6.3 in accordance with VDI 20060 and DIN ISO 1940, delivering smooth and vibration-free operation. This model is powered by a totally enclosed, 3‑phase squirrel cage motor with two-speed functionality via Dahlander pole-switching windings. The motor is maintenance-free and equipped with low-noise, sealed-for-life ball bearings, making the VARD 560÷8÷4 ideal for reliable and flexible airflow control in commercial and industrial applications
