The Helios SVS EC 200 B is an advanced EC centrifugal in-line fan engineered for high-performance, low-noise ventilation in residential, commercial, and industrial ducted systems. Its flat, extended casing is built from galvanized sheet steel and acoustically insulated with over 50 mm thick abrasion-resistant mineral fibreboard for superior sound attenuation.
The fan features inlet and outlet spigots with twin-seal rubber gaskets for quick, leak-proof integration into standard ductwork. Designed for ease of maintenance, the motor and impeller unit swing out to allow convenient access for cleaning.
Equipped with a backward curved centrifugal impeller made from durable, high-quality polymers, the fan delivers efficient airflow with minimized noise. The impeller is dynamically balanced for smooth, vibration-free operation.
Powered by a high-efficiency EC external rotor motor with IP54 protection, the unit offers speed control, is maintenance-free, and features ball bearing mounting and integrated temperature monitoring for both the motor and electronics. The motor is also radio interference-free, ensuring stable operation.
Speed adjustment is possible using the internal potentiometer or steplessly via an external potentiometer or the Helios EUR-EC universal controller. Electrical connection is handled through a standard IP54-rated terminal box with an extended cable for flexibility during installation.
