The Helios SVS EC 125 is a high-efficiency EC centrifugal in-line fan designed for direct duct integration in residential, commercial, or industrial ventilation systems. Its extended, low-profile casing is built from galvanised sheet steel and internally lined with over 50 mm of abrasion-resistant mineral fibreboard for optimal sound attenuation.
The fan features intake and exhaust spigots equipped with twin-seal rubber gaskets, ensuring secure and airtight duct connections. A swing-out motor and impeller unit simplifies maintenance and cleaning.
Equipped with a backward curved centrifugal impeller made from high-quality polymers, the unit is dynamically balanced for smooth, low-noise operation. The fan is powered by a speed-controllable EC external rotor motor, rated IP54 for protection, with integrated electronic temperature monitoring and ball bearing mounting for long-term, maintenance-free operation.
Standard features include an internal potentiometer for adjustable fan speed, and compatibility with both external potentiometers and the Helios EUR-EC universal control system. Electrical connection is provided via a standard IP54 terminal box mounted on an extended cable.
