The Helios SVR EC 315 A is an energy-efficient, flat-profile EC centrifugal duct fan tailored for direct integration into duct systems across residential, commercial, and light industrial environments.
Its durable housing is constructed from galvanised sheet steel, offering a compact and low-profile design. Intake and exhaust ports are equipped with twin-seal rubber gaskets, ensuring a secure and airtight fit with standard ducting. The unit features a convenient swing-out design for the motor and impeller assembly, enabling easy maintenance and cleaning.
The fan utilises a high-performance centrifugal impeller with backward curved blades, manufactured from high-grade polymer for durability and reduced weight. The impeller is dynamically balanced, delivering smooth, low-noise operation.
Power is supplied by a high-efficiency, speed-controllable EC external rotor motor, rated IP54 for dust and moisture protection. The motor is ball bearing-mounted, maintenance-free, and incorporates integrated electronic temperature monitoring for safety and longevity.
Fan speed can be adjusted using the internal potentiometer or externally via a potentiometer or the Helios EUR-EC control system. Electrical connection is made through a terminal box (IP54), mounted on an extended cable for easy access.
