Helios Fans SVR EC 160 B

The Helios SVR EC 160 B is a high-efficiency EC centrifugal duct fan designed for direct installation in ducted ventilation systems. Its flat, compact housing is made from durable galvanised sheet steel, ensuring long-lasting performance in various building environments.

Both the intake and exhaust connections come equipped with twin-seal rubber gaskets to guarantee an airtight fit with standard ducting. The fan is built with a swing-out motor and impeller unit for convenient access during maintenance or cleaning.

Equipped with an energy-saving centrifugal impeller made from premium polymer materials, the fan delivers optimal airflow with low noise. The backward curved blades are dynamically balanced to ensure smooth, vibration-free operation.

At its core is a speed-controlled EC external rotor motor with IP54 protection. This maintenance-free motor offers maximum efficiency and includes integrated electronic temperature monitoring for added safety and reliability. The motor operates quietly and is resistant to radio interference.

Speed can be adjusted via the built-in potentiometer or externally using a potentiometer or Helios EUR-EC control system. The unit includes a standard IP54-rated terminal box mounted on an extended cable for easy electrical connection.
