Helios Fans SVR EC 160 A

The Helios SVR EC 160 A is a space-saving, high-performance EC centrifugal fan engineered for inline installation within ductwork systems. Its flat, robust casing is constructed from galvanised sheet steel, offering strength and corrosion resistance for use in residential, commercial, or industrial environments.

This model features intake and exhaust spigots fitted with twin-seal rubber gaskets to ensure airtight duct connections. Maintenance is simplified by the swing-out motor and impeller unit, allowing easy internal access for cleaning.

The centrifugal impeller is made of high-quality polymers with backward curved blades, ensuring optimal airflow, low energy consumption, and quiet operation. The impeller is dynamically balanced for vibration-free performance.

The fan is powered by a modern, electronically commutated (EC) external rotor motor rated to IP54 for dust and moisture protection. This motor provides energy-efficient, low-noise, and maintenance-free operation with built-in electronic temperature monitoring.

Fan speed can be adjusted using the internal potentiometer or externally via a potentiometer or Helios EUR-EC control system. Electrical connection is made through a standard IP54-rated terminal box mounted on an extended cable for installation convenience.
