The Helios STS 225 EX / DSTS 200 EX is an explosion-proof flexible duct connector designed to isolate vibration and compensate for minor alignment deviations between fans and ductwork.
Constructed with a highly durable Durolastic cloth sleeve (resistance 100 MΩ), it offers both flexibility and electrostatic dissipation, making it suitable for hazardous environments. The sleeve is securely mounted between two zinc-plated metal flanges that conform to DIN 24155 dimensions, allowing for a standardised fit in ventilation systems.
This connector is ideal for use in applications where explosion protection and vibration reduction are critical, ensuring safe and efficient airflow system integration.
