The Helios SKRD EC 560÷100÷50 A is a rectangular EC centrifugal fan designed for inline installation within rectangular duct systems. Its compact casing is made from galvanised steel, flanged on both ends, and acoustically lined with a 50 mm thick mineral fibreboard to ensure effective sound insulation. Maintenance and cleaning are simplified thanks to the swing-out motor and impeller unit.
This fan is equipped with a high-performance centrifugal impeller featuring backward curved aluminium blades, delivering vibration-free operation due to dynamic balancing and aerodynamic optimisation with inflow via a nozzle.
The fan is powered by an energy-saving, speed-controlled EC external rotor motor with IP44 protection, providing maximum efficiency. The motor is maintenance-free, ball bearing mounted, and radio interference-free, incorporating integrated electronic temperature monitoring for both motor and electronics. Speed can be adjusted steplessly using the built-in internal potentiometer between minimum and maximum settings, with options for external potentiometer control or universal control via the EUR-EC system. Electrical connection is provided through a standard terminal box (IP54) mounted on an extended cable.
