Helios Fans SKRD EC 450÷70÷40 A

The Helios SKRD EC 450÷70÷40 A is a rectangular EC centrifugal fan designed for in-line installation within rectangular duct systems. The compact casing, made from galvanised steel and flanged on both ends, is acoustically lined with 50 mm thick mineral fibreboard to ensure effective sound insulation. Maintenance and cleaning are simplified by a swing-out motor and impeller unit.

Equipped with a high-performance centrifugal impeller featuring backward curved aluminium blades, the fan operates vibration-free due to dynamic balancing and aerodynamic optimisation, with inflow facilitated via a nozzle for improved efficiency.

This fan is powered by an energy-saving, speed-controlled EC external rotor motor with IP44 protection, offering maximum efficiency. The maintenance-free, radio interference-free motor is ball bearing mounted and includes integrated electronic temperature monitoring for the motor and electronics. Speed control is standard via an internal potentiometer for adjustable fan speeds between minimum and maximum. Additional stepless speed control options include an external potentiometer or the universal EUR-EC control system. Electrical connection is provided through a standard terminal box (IP54) mounted on an extended cable.
