Helios Fans SKRD EC 355÷60÷30

The Helios SKRD EC 355÷60÷30 is a high-performance rectangular EC centrifugal fan designed for in-line installation in rectangular duct systems. The compact casing is made from galvanised steel, flanged on both ends, and acoustically lined with 50 mm thick mineral fibreboard to ensure sound insulation. Maintenance is simplified by a swing-out motor and impeller unit, allowing easy access for cleaning and servicing.

Equipped with a high-efficiency centrifugal impeller featuring backward curved blades made of aluminium, the fan delivers vibration-free operation due to precise dynamic balancing. The impeller is aerodynamically optimised with an inflow nozzle for improved airflow performance.

Powered by an energy-saving, speed-controlled EC external rotor motor with IP44 protection, the unit achieves maximum efficiency. The motor is maintenance-free, radio interference-free, and ball bearing mounted. It incorporates integrated electronic temperature monitoring for both motor and electronics. The fan comes standard with an internal potentiometer allowing speed adjustment between minimum and maximum. Additionally, stepless speed control is possible via an external potentiometer or the universal EUR-EC control system. Electrical connection is provided through a standard terminal box (IP54) mounted on an extended cable.
