Helios Fans SKRD 560÷6÷80÷50

The Helios SKRD 560÷6÷80÷50 is a noise-reduced rectangular centrifugal fan, engineered for direct installation in rectangular duct systems. Its compact casing is constructed from galvanised steel, flanged on both ends, and acoustically lined with 50 mm thick mineral fibreboard to minimize noise emissions. Maintenance is facilitated by a swing-out motor and impeller unit, allowing straightforward cleaning and servicing.

The fan features a highly efficient centrifugal impeller with backward curved blades made from impact-resistant polymers and galvanised steel. This impeller is dynamically balanced to Class G 6.3 in line with VDI 2060 and ISO 1940 standards, ensuring smooth and quiet operation.

Driven by a totally enclosed 3‑phase external rotor motor with thermal contacts wired to the terminal block, the fan offers flexible speed control. Options include a 5‑step transformer controller, an electronic stepless controller, or a Helios frequency inverter with sinus filter on all poles. The motor is maintenance-free with low-noise sealed-for-life ball bearings and tropical winding protection. Power supply is provided via a pre-assembled terminal box with IP55 rating.
