Helios Fans SKRD 450÷4÷70÷40

The Helios SKRD 450÷4÷70÷40 is a noise-reduced rectangular centrifugal fan engineered for direct installation within rectangular duct systems. Its compact casing, constructed from galvanised steel with flanged ends, is acoustically lined with 50 mm thick mineral fibreboard to minimise operational noise. The fan is designed for convenient servicing, featuring a swing-out motor and impeller unit for easy access and cleaning.

This model utilizes a highly efficient centrifugal impeller with backward curved blades made from impact-resistant polymers and galvanised steel, dynamically balanced to Class G 6.3 in compliance with VDI 2060 and ISO 1940 standards.

The fan is powered by a fully enclosed, 3‑phase external rotor motor equipped with thermal contacts connected to an IP55 terminal box. Speed adjustment can be achieved through a 5‑step transformer controller, an electronic stepless controller, or a Helios frequency inverter with sinus filter. The motor includes maintenance-free, low-noise sealed-for-life ball bearings and tropical protection for the windings, ensuring long-lasting reliability.
