The Helios SKRD 355÷4÷60÷35 is a sound-insulated rectangular centrifugal fan designed for direct integration into rectangular ductwork systems. Housed in a compact casing made of galvanised steel with flanged ends, the unit features a 50 mm mineral fibreboard lining for effective noise reduction. For easy maintenance and cleaning, the motor and impeller assembly is mounted on a swing-out frame.
Equipped with a high-efficiency centrifugal impeller featuring backward curved blades, the impeller is made from impact-resistant polymers and galvanised steel, and dynamically balanced to Class G 6.3 as per VDI 2060 and ISO 1940 standards.
Powered by a fully enclosed, 3‑phase external rotor motor with thermal contacts wired to an IP55-rated terminal box, the fan supports stepless or 5‑step speed control via transformer, electronic controller, or Helios frequency inverter with sinus filter. The motor is maintenance-free, includes sealed-for-life ball bearings, and is protected with tropicalised windings for enhanced durability.
