Helios Fans SDE 180

The Helios SDE 180 is a flexible and acoustically insulated duct designed for use in ventilation systems requiring both durability and sound attenuation. Constructed from a robust aluminium and polyester outer layer, it features a perforated internal lining surrounded by approximately 50 mm of resin-bonded mineral wool to effectively reduce noise transmission.

Equipped with plug-in connectors and sealing rings on both ends, this 1‑meter duct allows for direct integration with ducting or fans and is compatible with BM fastening collars. When designing ventilation systems using this duct, it is essential to account for four times the typical pipe friction resistance.

Made from non-combustible materials including aluminium, polyester, EPDM rubber, and mineral wool, the SDE 180 is suited for DN 180 applications, offering reliability and acoustic performance in demanding environments.
