Helios Fans SDE 160

The Helios SDE 160 is a high-performance acoustic duct element crafted for ventilation systems requiring both flexibility and sound insulation. Built from flexible aluminium and polyester, this 1‑meter duct includes a perforated internal layer surrounded by approximately 50 mm of resin-bonded mineral wool to dampen noise effectively. It features plug-in connectors with integrated sealing rings on both ends, allowing for direct insertion into ductwork or attachment to fans using the BM fastening collar.

When designing a system with the SDE 160, it is important to factor in a pipe friction resistance four times higher than standard ducts. Manufactured from non-combustible materials including aluminium, polyester, EPDM rubber, and mineral wool, this duct is specifically suited for DN 160 ventilation applications.
