The Helios SDE 125 is a durable, sound-insulated duct element designed for ventilation systems requiring both flexibility and noise reduction. Constructed from flexible aluminium and polyester, this 1‑meter duct features a perforated internal lining surrounded by approximately 50 mm of resin-bonded mineral wool for effective acoustic insulation. It includes plug-in connectors on both ends with integrated sealing rings, allowing direct connection to ductwork or fans using a BM fastening collar.
When designing a system using this component, it is important to account for quadruple the standard pipe friction resistance. Made from non-combustible materials including aluminium, polyester, EPDM rubber, and mineral wool, the SDE 125 is suitable for DN 125 ducting applications.
