The Helios SB 250 E is a centrifugal fan designed for quiet ventilation performance, featuring a sound-absorbing housing made from galvanized sheet steel. The casing includes spigots compatible with standard duct sizes and is internally lined with a 50 mm thick, abrasion-resistant mineral fibreboard for effective noise reduction. It is equipped with a removable lid and a swing-out motor and impeller unit, allowing for simple maintenance and service access.
This model incorporates a high-efficiency, backward curved centrifugal impeller constructed from durable polymers. It is dynamically balanced to class G 6.3, in accordance with DIN and ISO 1940 T.1 standards, ensuring smooth and stable airflow.
The fan is driven by a totally enclosed, single-phase external rotor motor with built-in thermal contacts. Designed for silent operation, the motor is maintenance-free and features sealed-for-life ball bearings. Fan speed can be regulated via voltage reduction.
