The Helios SB 200 D is a centrifugal fan designed with a sound-absorbing housing made of galvanized sheet steel. Its casing features spigots that align with standard duct sizes and is internally lined with a 50 mm thick, abrasion-resistant mineral fibreboard to reduce noise levels. The removable lid and swing-out motor and impeller assembly allow for quick and easy maintenance.
This model is equipped with a high-efficiency, backward curved centrifugal impeller made from durable polymers. The impeller is dynamically balanced to class G 6.3, in compliance with DIN and ISO 1940 T.1 standards, ensuring smooth and reliable performance.
The fan uses a totally enclosed, single-phase external rotor motor with integrated thermal contacts. Designed for quiet, maintenance-free operation, the motor includes sealed-for-life ball bearings and supports speed control through voltage reduction.
