The Helios SB 200 C is a centrifugal fan housed in a noise-reducing casing made from galvanized sheet steel. It features spigots designed to match standard duct sizes and is internally lined with 50 mm thick abrasion-resistant mineral fibreboard for effective sound absorption. A removable lid and swing-out motor and impeller assembly provide convenient access for servicing.
The unit is fitted with a high-efficiency, backward curved centrifugal impeller constructed from high-strength polymers. This impeller is dynamically balanced to class G 6.3 in accordance with DIN and ISO 1940 T.1 standards for smooth and stable operation.
The fan is powered by a totally enclosed, single-phase external rotor motor equipped with built-in thermal contacts. It operates quietly, requires no maintenance, and features sealed-for-life ball bearings. Speed control is achieved through voltage reduction.
