The Helios RVS 280 is a motor-driven damper designed to block cold air from entering horizontal fan installations. Its cylindrical housing is constructed from sheet steel and includes flanges on both ends, allowing for direct attachment to the fan base plate. The bore holes are aligned with DIN 24155, page 2 standards for compatibility. The damper ensures quiet operation through the use of a polymer buffer connection, making it suitable for applications requiring both performance and noise reduction.
