The Helios RVM 560 is a motor-driven damper built to prevent cold air from entering horizontal ventilation systems. It features a cylindrical sheet steel housing with flanges on both ends, allowing for direct installation onto the fan base plate. The bore holes are designed according to DIN 24155, page 2 standards. The damper uses aluminium flaps for reliable airflow control and polymer buffer connectors to ensure silent, vibration-free operation. It includes a 0.9 m connection cable and should be wired in parallel with the fan to ensure synchronized operation.
