The Helios Fans RSK 250 is an automatic backdraught flap intended for insertion directly into round ductwork to prevent unwanted reverse airflow. It operates automatically under both overpressure and underpressure conditions using a reliable spring-lock mechanism.
The flap is constructed from durable galvanized sheet steel, with lightweight aluminum blades and a corrosion-resistant stainless steel return spring. For proper operation in horizontal ducts, the axis of rotation should be positioned vertically. In vertical applications, the flap functions correctly only when the airflow is directed upwards.
This robust and maintenance-free solution is ideal for use in residential, commercial, and industrial ventilation systems to ensure directional airflow and protect against air recirculation.
