The Helios Fans RSK 160 is a high-performance automatic backdraft damper designed for installation within circular duct systems. Engineered to regulate airflow and prevent reverse ventilation, this damper operates automatically in both underpressure and overpressure modes through a reliable spring-loaded mechanism.
Its rotatable installation design allows for versatile placement, with the axis of rotation required to be vertical in horizontal airflow scenarios. When installed vertically, the damper functions effectively only with upward (ascending) airflow.
Built with a galvanized sheet steel housing, durable aluminum flaps, and a corrosion-resistant stainless steel return spring, the RSK 160 offers dependable performance and long service life. It is ideal for residential, commercial, and light industrial ventilation systems where controlled airflow and backflow prevention are essential.
