The Helios Fans RRK 160 is a centrifugal duct fan engineered for inline installation in circular ventilation systems. It features a rugged housing made from impact-resistant polymer and is designed with spigots that match standard duct diameters, ensuring straightforward integration into existing systems.
The fan is fitted with a high-efficiency centrifugal impeller made from durable polymer, designed with backward-curved blades. The impeller is dynamically balanced to G 6.3 standard according to DIN and ISO 1940 T.1 for vibration-free, quiet operation.
Powering the RRK 160 is a totally enclosed, single-phase external rotor motor. It includes thermal contacts wired in series with the windings for reliable motor protection. The motor is maintenance-free and operates with sealed-for-life, low-noise ball bearings, providing long-lasting, energy-efficient performance in ducted air movement applications.
