Helios Fans RR EC 160

The Helios RR EC 160 is a high-performance EC radial duct fan engineered for direct installation in duct systems. Its robust housing is constructed from galvanized sheet steel, equipped with round connecting pieces that conform to standard pipe dimensions for easy integration. The fan features a radial impeller with backward curved blades made of durable plastic, which is pressed directly onto the motor and dynamically balanced as a single unit to ensure low noise operation and high efficiency. Powered by an energy-saving, speed-controllable EC external rotor motor rated with IP54 protection, the fan is maintenance-free and designed to be radio interference-free, with reliable ball bearings for smooth performance. Integrated electronic temperature monitoring protects both the motor and its electronics. Speed control is infinitely variable, achievable through either an internal potentiometer or a universal external control system. Electrical connections are facilitated through a standard IP54 terminal box mounted externally on the housing, ensuring ease of installation and maintenance.
