Helios Fans RR EC 125

The Helios RR EC 125 is a reliable EC centrifugal fan designed for in-line installation within circular duct systems. It features a sturdy casing made of galvanized sheet steel with spigots tailored to standard duct sizes, ensuring easy integration. The fan’s backward curved centrifugal impeller is manufactured from durable polymers, directly mounted on the motor and dynamically balanced for low noise and optimal efficiency. Equipped with an energy-saving, speed-controllable EC external rotor motor rated IP44, the unit is maintenance-free, ball bearing mounted, and operates free from radio interference. It incorporates integrated electronic temperature monitoring for both the motor and control electronics to safeguard performance. The fan comes with a built-in internal potentiometer allowing seamless adjustment of fan speed across the full range. Additional options include stepless speed control via an external potentiometer or a universal control system. Electrical connections are facilitated through a standard IP54 terminal box mounted externally on the casing for ease and safety.
