Helios Fans RR EC 100

The Helios RR EC 100 is an advanced EC centrifugal fan intended for in-line installation within circular duct systems. Its robust casing is crafted from galvanized sheet steel with spigots that fit standard duct dimensions for seamless integration. The fan features a backward curved centrifugal impeller made from durable polymers, directly mounted on the motor and dynamically balanced to ensure quiet and efficient airflow. Powered by an energy-saving, speed-controllable EC external rotor motor with protection class IP44, this fan is maintenance-free, ball bearing mounted, and designed to operate without radio interference. It includes integrated electronic temperature monitoring for both the motor and electronics to ensure safe operation. The fan comes equipped with an internal potentiometer allowing precise adjustment of fan speed anywhere between minimum and maximum. Additional stepless speed control options include connection to an external potentiometer or a universal control system. The electrical connection is made via a standard IP54 terminal box mounted externally on the casing for convenience and safety.
