Helios Fans RDW 180/2

The Helios RDW 180/2 is a horizontal discharge roof exhaust fan designed for efficient and reliable ventilation in commercial and industrial settings. Its seawater-resistant aluminum housing offers excellent durability and includes integrated intrusion protection for added safety.

The unit is equipped with a high-performance backward-curved radial impeller made from durable plastic, dynamically balanced to DIN ISO 1940 – 1 standards for smooth, vibration-free operation. The motor support and galvanized steel base plate include an aerodynamic inlet nozzle and pre-threaded screws for secure attachment of suction-side accessories, compliant with DIN 24155 (sheet 3).

Powered by a closed, three-phase external rotor motor rated IP55, the fan is both speed-controllable and moisture-resistant. It includes ball bearings with moisture-protected insulation and operates maintenance-free and interference-free. A standard IP65-rated external isolator switch ensures easy and safe maintenance access. This model is ideal for applications requiring robust, energy-efficient rooftop ventilation.
