The Helios RDS 7 is a five-step speed controller designed for surface mounting, suitable for regulating one or multiple fans with integrated thermal contacts. It supports connection via a terminal block and handles loads within the nominal range.
Voltage can be switched across five levels: 0, 80, 140, 200, 280, and 400 volts. The unit features a step selector switch, an integrated trip protection mechanism, and a visual control lamp to indicate operational status. Recovery after a fault condition is achieved by resetting to the “0” position.
Built into a robust polymer enclosure rated IP54, the controller operates reliably in environments up to 40 °C, making it ideal for industrial and commercial ventilation systems requiring flexible and safe fan speed management
