Helios Fans RDD 710/6

The Helios Fans RDD 710/6 is a horizontal exhaust roof fan designed for efficient ventilation with an aluminum housing optimized for durability and corrosion resistance, especially in marine environments. The housing is made from seawater-resistant aluminum and includes integrated intrusion protection to safeguard the internal components.

The motor support plate and base plate, including an inflow nozzle, are constructed from galvanized steel. The base plate is fitted with threaded screws for easy mounting of suction-side accessories, adhering to the hole pattern specifications of DIN 24155, sheet 3. A protective grille is included as standard on the discharge side, complying with DIN EN ISO 13857 for safety.

At the heart of the fan is a high-performance radial impeller with backward-curved plastic blades, dynamically balanced according to DIN ISO 1940 – 1 to ensure smooth and quiet operation.

The fan is powered by a speed-controllable, three-phase external rotor motor in a closed design with IP55 protection. It features ball bearings with moisture protection insulation, offering maintenance-free and radio interference-free performance. An external revision switch with IP65 protection is provided as standard for easy maintenance access.
