Helios Fans RDD 315/4

The Helios RDD 315/4 is a high-performance horizontal roof exhaust fan designed for efficient ventilation in commercial and industrial buildings. Engineered with a focus on durability and airflow optimization, this fan combines modern design with robust construction.

Its lightweight yet durable housing is made from seawater-resistant aluminum and includes integrated intrusion protection. The motor support and base plates are manufactured from galvanized steel, and the base incorporates a precision-formed inflow nozzle. Threaded screws on the base plate allow secure attachment of suction-side accessories, with a hole configuration matching DIN 24155, sheet 3 standards. For added safety, a discharge-side protective grille is included, compliant with DIN EN ISO 13857.

The RDD 315/4 features a high-efficiency radial impeller with backward-curved blades made from sturdy plastic. It is dynamically balanced to DIN ISO 1940 – 1 standards for smooth, low-vibration operation. Power is delivered via a speed-controllable, three-phase external rotor motor in a sealed IP55-rated enclosure. The motor includes moisture-protected ball bearings and operates maintenance-free and interference-free.

Additionally, the unit comes equipped with a built-in external maintenance switch in IP65-rated housing for added operational safety and convenience.
