Helios Fans MVZ 250

The Helios MVZ 250 is a high-capacity parallel in-line fan unit from the RADAX MixFlowVent series, designed to maximize airflow while maintaining compact installation. This twin-fan system features two MV fans mounted side by side and connected via square plates at both inlet and outlet ends. The entire assembly is securely fixed using mounting rails and supplied as a pre-assembled kit, making it ready for quick integration into ventilation systems.

Thanks to the parallel configuration, the MVZ 250 effectively doubles the air volume at the same pressure, making it ideal for high-demand environments. Its housing is crafted from durable, impact- and corrosion-resistant light-grey polymer and includes an integrated mounting frame that facilitates easy wall or ceiling installation. Standard-sized duct connections are supported, and the swing-out fan modules allow tool-free access for maintenance and cleaning.

The fans are equipped with mixed-flow impellers featuring eight spatially curved blades, dynamically balanced to VDI 2060 and DIN ISO 1940 standards to ensure vibration-free, quiet operation. Each motor is a fully enclosed, ball-bearing type, designed for continuous use, moisture-protected (class F), maintenance-free, and radio interference-suppressed. Built-in thermal contacts provide automatic motor protection, ensuring reliable and safe operation.
