Helios Fans MVZ 160

The Helios MVZ 160 is a compact yet powerful parallel in-line fan unit designed to significantly increase airflow in ventilation systems. Featuring two MV fans mounted side by side and joined via square inlet and outlet plates, the unit is fixed on mounting rails and comes pre-assembled for straightforward installation. When operated in parallel, the airflow capacity is effectively doubled without increasing pressure, making the MVZ 160 an ideal choice for high-demand environments.

Its casing is made from light-grey, impact-resistant, and corrosion-proof polymer, and includes integrated mounting frames for easy wall or ceiling installation. The fan units feature standard-sized duct spigots and can be rotated to any position or removed easily for maintenance by loosening quick-release clips.

Each fan is equipped with a mixed flow impeller comprising eight aerodynamically curved blades made from durable polymer. These are dynamically balanced for smooth and quiet performance. Power is provided by fully enclosed, ball-bearing motors built for continuous operation, protected against humidity and electrically insulated to class F. Integrated thermal contacts ensure automatic motor protection, and the motors are both maintenance-free and interference-suppressed, ensuring reliable, efficient performance.
