Helios Fans MVZ 150

The Helios MVZ 150 is a powerful parallel in-line fan system engineered to deliver high airflow performance in compact ducted ventilation applications. This dual-fan setup includes two MV fans mounted side by side and connected with square mounting plates at the intake and exhaust. Secured with robust mounting rails, the unit is delivered as a fully pre-assembled kit for quick and easy installation. When operating in parallel, the airflow output is effectively doubled while maintaining the same pressure level, making the MVZ 150 ideal for demanding ventilation environments.

The fan casing is constructed from impact-resistant, corrosion-proof light-grey polymer and includes integrated mounting frames for flexible wall or ceiling installation. Each fan features connection spigots compatible with all standard ducting sizes. The fan units are rotatable and removable via quick-release clips for easy access during maintenance or cleaning.

Equipped with mixed flow impellers featuring eight spatially curved blades made from durable polymer, the unit is dynamically balanced for quiet and stable operation. The fans are driven by fully enclosed ball-bearing motors designed for continuous use, with protection against moisture and built-in thermal contacts. Rated to insulation class F, the motors are maintenance-free and interference-suppressed, ensuring long-term reliability and energy-efficient performance.
