Helios Fans MVZ 125

The Helios MVZ 125 is a high-efficiency, space-saving parallel in-line fan system designed for increased airflow in ducted ventilation setups. This twin-unit solution features two MV fans mounted side-by-side and connected using square mounting plates at both the inlet and outlet. The entire assembly is securely mounted with integrated support rails and delivered as a pre-assembled kit. Operating in parallel, the unit delivers double the air volume at the same pressure level, making it ideal for large-scale or high-demand airflow applications.

Constructed from durable, corrosion-resistant light-grey polymer, the housing includes integrated mounting brackets for straightforward installation on walls or ceilings. Standard duct-size spigots ensure easy integration. The mixed flow impellers, each with eight spatially curved blades, are made from impact-resistant plastic and are dynamically balanced for quiet, vibration-free operation.

Each fan is powered by a totally enclosed ball bearing motor, built for continuous operation, with humidity protection and insulation class F. The motors are maintenance-free, radio-suppressed, and feature integrated thermal overload protection for reliable performance. The fan units can be rotated and easily removed for servicing, making the MVZ 125 a robust and user-friendly ventilation solution.
