Helios Fans MV EC 315

The Helios MV EC 315 is a powerful and energy-efficient inline pipe fan designed for compact duct systems that require high airflow and static pressure. Its swing-out construction allows for seamless installation within tight spaces and provides easy access for servicing. The fan features a rugged housing made from light grey, impact- and corrosion-resistant polymer, with an integrated mounting bracket for straightforward wall or ceiling installation. Suction and discharge nozzles are sized to match standard duct diameters, ensuring quick integration with existing ductwork. Fasteners and mounting accessories are included.

At the core of the MV EC 315 is a dynamically balanced impeller constructed from durable, high-quality plastic, optimized to deliver superior airflow and pressure while maintaining quiet operation. The impeller is engineered for low vibration and efficient performance.

The fan is driven by a high-performance EC external rotor motor that delivers outstanding energy efficiency and precise speed control. Rated to IP44, the motor is protected against moisture, maintenance-free, and interference-free thanks to high-quality ball bearings and integrated radio suppression. It also includes built-in electronic thermal monitoring, which automatically reduces speed if the motor exceeds its temperature threshold.

Fan speed is infinitely adjustable using a PU/PA potentiometer or via a compatible universal control system. The generously sized terminal box (IP44) is mounted externally and can be rotated for optimal positioning during installation.
