Helios Fans MV EC 200

The Helios MV EC 200 is a high-performance swing-out inline pipe fan engineered for duct systems requiring high pressure and airflow in a space-saving design. Its durable housing is constructed from light gray, impact-resistant, and corrosion-proof plastic, featuring an integrated mounting bracket for easy wall or ceiling installation. The fan’s suction and discharge nozzles are sized to fit standard pipe diameters, ensuring straightforward duct connection. Included mounting accessories and screws simplify installation.

The fan is equipped with an optimized, dynamically balanced impeller made of premium plastic, delivering powerful airflow and pressure while maintaining low noise and smooth operation.

Driving the unit is a highly efficient EC external rotor motor, protected to IP44 standards against moisture, maintenance-free, and designed to reduce electromagnetic interference. The motor includes integrated electronic temperature monitoring that automatically limits speed if overheating occurs, ensuring longevity and safety.

Speed control is fully adjustable with a PU/PA potentiometer, enabling precise and continuous speed variation. A spacious terminal box, also rated IP44, is mounted externally on the housing and can be rotated to the desired position for convenient wiring and maintenance.
