Helios Fans MV EC 150

The Helios MV EC 150 is a compact and efficient EC in-line duct fan designed for installations where space is limited but powerful airflow and pressure are required. Its robust housing is made from impact- and corrosion-resistant polymer in a light grey finish, and features an integrated mounting frame for simple attachment to ceilings or walls. Standard-sized duct connections ensure compatibility, and the fan unit, along with the terminal box, can be rotated and removed easily by releasing the mounting clips — making maintenance and cleaning hassle-free.

Inside, a mixed flow impeller constructed from high-grade polymer delivers a combination of high air volume and pressure output. The impeller is dynamically balanced for quiet, low-vibration operation.

The MV EC 150 is powered by an energy-saving EC external rotor motor, offering top-tier efficiency. The motor is fully sealed, maintenance-free, and fitted with ball bearings for long life. It includes integrated electronic temperature monitoring to safeguard the motor and electronics. In the event of overheating, the motor automatically reduces speed to protect internal components.

The fan’s speed is infinitely adjustable using an included potentiometer or external PU/PA control. It also supports regulation via the universal EUR-EC control system. A spacious IP45-rated external terminal box provides flexible and secure electrical connection, and can be rotated into any position to suit your installation.
