Helios Fans MV EC 125

The Helios MV EC 125 is a high-performance EC pipe fan engineered for space-saving installation directly within duct systems. Its housing is made of impact-resistant, corrosion-proof plastic in a light grey finish and includes a molded mounting bracket for simple attachment to walls or ceilings. The intake and outlet nozzles are designed to fit standard duct diameters. For easy maintenance and cleaning, the fan unit and terminal box can be rotated and removed by releasing the clamping bracket. Wall plugs and screws are supplied for straightforward installation.

At its core is a precision-balanced impeller crafted from high-grade plastic, optimized to deliver powerful airflow and pressure while maintaining low noise levels. The impeller is dynamically balanced to ensure smooth, vibration-free operation.

The fan is powered by a high-efficiency, speed-controllable EC external rotor motor. Designed for durability and moisture protection (IP44 rated), the motor is maintenance-free and interference-suppressed, with long-life ball bearings. Integrated electronic temperature monitoring safeguards both the motor and electronics. If critical temperatures are reached, the fan automatically adjusts to protect the system.

Speed can be continuously adjusted using a PU or PA potentiometer for precise airflow control. A generously sized IP44-rated terminal box is mounted externally on the housing and can be rotated to suit any installation orientation.
