MVEC100 : Helios Fans MV EC 100h

The Helios MV EC 100 is a high-performance EC in-line fan designed for space-efficient installation directly within duct systems. Its housing is made from robust, corrosion-resistant polymer in light grey and features an integrated mounting frame for easy attachment to walls or ceilings. The fan includes standard-sized spigots for quick connection to ductwork. The fan unit and terminal box can be rotated or removed effortlessly by loosening the clips, simplifying cleaning and maintenance.

This model uses a mixed flow impeller, constructed from high-grade polymer, optimized for delivering high pressure and volume flow while maintaining low noise. The impeller is dynamically balanced for vibration-free performance. Power is provided by a highly efficient, energy-saving EC external rotor motor that is both speed-controllable and maintenance-free. Ball-bearing construction ensures longevity and smooth operation, while built-in electronic temperature monitoring protects both the motor and electronics. In the event of overheating, the fan automatically reduces speed.

The MV EC 100 comes equipped with a potentiometer for manual speed adjustment between the minimum and maximum settings. Alternatively, the fan supports stepless speed regulation using either the PU/PA external potentiometer or the EUR-EC universal control system. Electrical connections are made via a generously sized IP45-rated terminal box located externally on the housing, which can be rotated for flexible positioning.
