Helios Fans MV 150

The Helios MV 150 is a space-efficient swing-out pipe fan designed for high-pressure and high-volume applications in ducted ventilation systems. Its light grey housing is crafted from impact-resistant, corrosion-resistant plastic and includes a molded bracket for straightforward wall or ceiling mounting. The suction and discharge nozzles are sized to match standard duct diameters. The fan unit, along with its terminal box, can be rotated into any position or removed entirely by loosening the clamping bracket — making maintenance and cleaning quick and easy. Mounting hardware such as dowels and screws is included.

The unit features a semi-axial impeller with eight spatially curved thermoplastic blades, dynamically balanced to quality class G 6.3 per VDI 2060 and DIN ISO 1940 standards for smooth, vibration-free operation. Its fully enclosed capacitor motor is equipped with ball bearings, moisture protection, and insulation class F, enabling reliable continuous use.
