Helios Fans MBD EC 355 A

The Helios MBD EC 355 A is an acoustically insulated centrifugal fan that includes a highly efficient EC internal rotor motor positioned outside the airflow. The casing is constructed from double-skinned galvanised steel lined with 30 mm of mineral fibreboard to provide effective sound insulation. The intake and exhaust spigots are equipped with twin-seal rubber gaskets to ensure airtight connections.

This model features a swing-out motor and impeller assembly mounted on two sturdy rails with four anti-vibration mounts, allowing for easy cleaning and maintenance. A condensation drain and drip protection are standard when the access door is open.

The fan is powered by an energy-saving, speed-controllable EC motor with IP 55 protection, maintenance-free ball bearings, and radio suppression. It includes integrated electronic temperature monitoring for the motor and electronics, which automatically reduces speed if the motor exceeds safe temperature limits. Speed control is stepless and can be adjusted via a potentiometer or universal control system. An externally mounted IP 55 terminal box facilitates electrical connections
