Helios Fans MBD EC 315 B

The Helios MBD EC 315 B is an acoustically insulated centrifugal fan equipped with a highly efficient EC internal rotor motor positioned outside the air stream. Its casing is made of double-skinned galvanised steel lined with 30 mm of mineral fibreboard to reduce noise. Intake and exhaust spigots come with twin-seal rubber gaskets to guarantee airtight connections.

The motor and impeller assembly swing out on two sturdy mounting rails supported by four anti-vibration mounts, enabling simple maintenance and cleaning. A condensation drain and drip protection are standard features when the access door is open.

The fan utilizes an energy-saving, speed-controllable EC motor with IP 55 protection rating, maintenance-free ball bearings, and radio suppression. It incorporates integrated electronic temperature monitoring for both the motor and electronics, triggering automatic speed reduction if the motor temperature exceeds safe limits. Speed is smoothly adjustable through a potentiometer or a universal control system. Additionally, the motor includes an externally mounted IP 55 terminal box for easy electrical connections
