Helios Fans MBD 355÷4÷4

The Helios MBD 355÷4÷4 centrifugal fan is engineered for quiet operation with acoustic insulation. Its casing is made of double-skinned galvanised steel lined with 30 mm of mineral fibreboard to effectively reduce noise levels. The intake and exhaust spigots include twin-seal rubber gaskets to ensure airtight and secure connections.

The motor and impeller can be swung out for convenient cleaning and maintenance. This assembly is mounted on two solid rails and fitted with four anti-vibration mounts to minimize noise and vibration during operation. A condensation drain and drip protection feature are standard when the door is open.

This fan is equipped with a high-efficiency backward curved centrifugal impeller constructed from aluminium and dynamically balanced according to DIN 1940 and VDI 2060 standards, class G 6.3. It operates with a totally enclosed, maintenance-free 3‑phase two-speed motor featuring a star/​delta connection and thermal contacts.
