Helios Fans MBD 355÷2÷2

The Helios MBD 355÷2÷2 is a centrifugal fan designed with acoustic insulation to minimize operational noise. Its casing consists of double-layered galvanised steel lined internally with 30 mm of mineral fibreboard for sound absorption. Intake and exhaust spigots are equipped with twin-seal rubber gaskets to ensure secure and airtight connections.

The motor and impeller unit are designed to swing out for convenient access during cleaning and maintenance. This assembly is mounted on two robust rails and supported by four anti-vibration mounts to reduce noise and vibration during operation. A condensation drain and drip protection are included as standard features when the access door is open.

This model features a high-efficiency backward curved centrifugal impeller made from aluminium, dynamically balanced according to DIN 1940 and VDI 2060 standards, class G 6.3. It is powered by a totally enclosed, maintenance-free 3‑phase two-speed motor with star/​delta connection and thermal protection.
