Helios Fans MBD 315÷4÷4

The Helios MBD 315÷4÷4 centrifugal fan features acoustic insulation for reduced noise levels. Its casing is constructed from double-skinned galvanised steel lined with 30 mm of mineral fibreboard to effectively minimize sound. Both intake and exhaust spigots are fitted with twin-seal rubber gaskets to ensure airtight seals.

This fan includes a swing-out motor and impeller assembly that allows for simple cleaning and maintenance. The assembly is supported by two robust mounting rails and four anti-vibration mounts to reduce operational noise and vibration. The design also incorporates a condensation drain and drip protection when the access door is open, provided as a standard feature.

Equipped with a high-efficiency backward curved centrifugal impeller made of aluminium, the fan is dynamically balanced according to DIN 1940 and VDI 2060 standards, class G 6.3. It is powered by a totally enclosed, maintenance-free 3‑phase two-speed motor with star/​delta connection and thermal protection.
