Helios Fans MBD 315÷2÷2

The Helios MBD 315÷2÷2 is an acoustically insulated centrifugal fan designed for quiet operation. Its casing consists of double-skinned galvanised steel lined with 30 mm mineral fibreboard to provide effective sound attenuation. Both intake and exhaust spigots feature twin-seal rubber gaskets for airtight connections.

This model includes a swing-out motor and impeller assembly, which facilitates straightforward maintenance and cleaning. The unit is mounted on two sturdy rails and supported by four anti-vibration mounts to minimize noise and vibration. Additionally, it has a condensation drain and drip protection when the door is open, provided as a standard feature.

The fan is equipped with a high-efficiency backward curved centrifugal impeller made from aluminium, dynamically balanced to DIN 1940 and VDI 2060 class G 6.3 standards.
